Burlington Coat Factory plans to open new Live Oak store

HPI Real Estate Services — a company with a knack for drawing in big-name tenants to its retail developments — has landed a new Burlington Coat Factory.

Gateway Plaza will bring roughly 850,000 square feet of retail development to a 129-acre tract at the northwest corner of Loop 1604 and Interstate Highway 35. The project is located in the city of Live Oak, which is just northeast of San Antonio.

Burlinton expected to open its doors on August 29th 2008
