Blake is a real estate consultant to clients interested in leasing, purchasing or selling commercial real estate. He specializes in industrial tenant representation.

Blake has been an active professional in the Austin commercial real estate community since 2000. Prior to joining HPI Corporate Services, Blake was a Brokerage Specialist with CB Richard Ellis in Austin, Texas. He assisted a diverse range of corporate clients in identifying and successfully fulfilling their lease space requirements. In addition to representing tenants, he teamed with national and local industrial and retail property owners in the marketing and leasing of their assets. Blake also successfully represented local and national property owners in the disposition of their retail, industrial, and raw land holdings. He has successfully integrated his understanding of his clients’ needs and business plans with his extensive knowledge of the Austin market to provide real-time solutions.
