Planet Professional Land Care Honors San Clemente
12.07.09 - PLANET is the national organization for professional landscapers and hosts “The Excellence in Landscaping” (TEIL) awards annually. PLANET’s Environmental Improvement Awards Program reflects the association’s commitment to creating and preserving the beauty of our landscape. The program is designed to reward independent landscape, lawn care and interior plantscaping professionals who execute superior projects. PLANET strives to increase public awareness of environmental improvement through contracted landscaping, lawn care and interior plantscaping, and encourages the consistent use of quality materials and workmanship. 12.07.09 - The commercial office market is much like the general economy, there are some signs that things could improve but there are plenty of signs that it will be some time before we see true stabilization. The second quarter reported positive absorption for the first time in several quarters, raising hopes that growth is returning to the Austin Market. But, that was more than balanced by news from the financial sector about significantly rising defaults on bank and CMBS loans. 12.07.09 - The lack of economic and job growth continues to put pressure on the Austin office market and building owners alike. While it appears that further layoffs in Austin are unlikely, without new job growth, many of the vacant office buildings in Austin will not be successful in attracting companies to occupy their vacancies. Quite a bit has been written recently about both the “jobless recovery” and the value correction in commercial real estate.
