HPI’s Office Division represents approximately 1.4 million square feet of office space in Austin. Our Office Division is built on representing our own properties, as well as those owned by companies such as Prudential Insurance Company and TA Associates Realty. Our understanding of local real estate market dynamics allows us to maximize the value of our clients’ assets. As a full-service commercial real estate group, we are able to intelligently advise property owners in matters such as loan management and asset management to position a building for future sale.
We pride ourselves in using our collective 20+ years of office experience to negotiate the best deals possible for our clients. Going beyond the role of landlord at times, HPI has on occasion invested in tenant companies We have helped companies to grow and in turn leased, or even constructed, larger spaces to accommodate that growth.
In addition to assisting in tenant growth, we continue to expand our own portfolio. Our most current development, San Clemente is an 800,000-square-foot office park in the prestigious Davenport Ranch development on Capital of Texas Highway. HPI tenants at San Clemente include Gracy Title, Mirage Networks and Castletop Capital.
