CAREER SUMMARY

After earning a Bachelor of Science in computer science with a minor in accounting at Texas A&M University, Bob moved to Austin and attended the University of Texas receiving an MBA with specializations in real estate and taxation. After UT, Bob worked for Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouse Coopers) in Houston for four years, beginning as a Tax Staff Accountant and then as a Tax Senior. Bob returned to Austin and continued to work in public accounting until he joined HPI, which had been one of his larger tax clients, in late 1999. As Chief Financial Officer, Bob is in charge of tax planning and compliance for HPI and its affiliated entities, managing the accounting for the leasing and development and tenant representation divisions, and overseeing all HPI accounting functions among other duties.
