CAREER SUMMARY

Annell is a seasoned property manager with 21 years commercial property management experience representing HPI's properties and the company’s client property owners.

Since joining HPI Real Estate Management in 2001, Annell has managed a portfolio of office, retail and industrial projects ranging up to one million square feet. Prior to 2001, she represented institutional, pension fund and individual owners in Austin, Fort Worth and Dallas. Annell was the Assistant Vice President of Property Management for a limited partnership and oversaw the operations of a 520,000 sf Class A office building with a staff of 10 in the Dallas area.
