CAREER SUMMARY

Ruth is a Property Manager representing HPI properties and third-party owners. She is a team-oriented manager with nine years of property management experience. Ruth is recognized for her aptitude at tenant retention.

She has participated in the management of office and industrial buildings for HPI owned properties. This includes management of an industrial/flex portfolio of 1,400,000 SF.

Before joining HPI in February 2000, Ruth was a Real Estate Agent serving the needs of Mexican National investors, as well as, working with the Property Management division of AAA Real Estate Services in South Texas (Rio Grande Valley).
