Gary G. Ainsworth Joins HPI Team

HPI Real Estate Management, Inc. adds new Vice President to its outstanding management team.

    AUSTIN – (April 1, 2008) – HPI Real Estate Services and Investments is pleased to announce that Gary G. Ainsworth is joining our team effective today, as Vice President of our Management Division, HPI Real Estate Management, Inc.  He will be leading this division with 45 employees, and over 10 million square feet under management.    
    
    “We are excited to have Gary join our team.  He has the experience to help us continue to improve and grow the management division, and we are ready to do that” notes Dick Anderson, co-founding partner of HPI.
    
    Gary is a CPM and came to HPI from Argus Realty Investments in Houston, where he was an Asset Manager for the last three years.  Previously, he has held positions at Transwestern Commercial Services, Grubb and Ellis Management Services, and The RREEF Funds.
