Bulverde Marketplace is located in the fast growing northeast San Antonio area. In total, the project will provide the area with about 750,000 square feet of retail. Retailers in the area include Lowe's, Wal-Mart, Costco, HEB, Best Buy, and many more. Construction will begin in 2008 with pre-leasing currently available.
