CAREER SUMMARY

Jennifer is a Senior Property Manager representing Hill Partners properties and the company’s client property owners. She is a team-oriented manager with more than fifteen years of property management experience. Jennifer is recognized for her leadership qualities and ability to identify the needs of our clients, including pension funds, unions, and individual owners.

She has participated in the development and management of office and industrial buildings for Hill Partners owned properties. In addition, she has managed and sustained excellent long term relationships with several third party owners. Jennifer has managed a diversified portfolio of up to 2,000,000 square feet including industrial and Class A office product.

Before joining Hill Partners in February 1996, Jennifer worked for six years as a manager for Transwestern Property Company.
