From small towns in West Texas, Case McCoy found his way to Austin after deciding to attend the University of Texas. While earning his degree and real estate certification from the University of Texas, he also served as the team captain of the football team where he honed his skills as a leader and competitor.

Since beginning his commercial real estate career in 2014, Case has quickly become a top broker in Austin, Texas. After becoming the youngest broker named on the Top 10 Power Broker list, he has continued to solidify his place on this list, most recently being named the #2 Power Broker. Case focuses on negotiating leases for large tech companies, law firms, and professional services. Originally from Dallas, Michael made his way to Austin as a student at The University of Texas. While earning his Bachelor’s Degree, Michael established himself as an active member of the University’s community. Michael served as President of the men’s fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon, supported abuse victims by coordinating fundraising for Safe Alliance, and established the Mental Wellness Committee amongst his peers at UT. Since joining the HPI Tenant Advisors team in 2021, Michael has completed over 40 lease transactions spanning over 1.3 million SF of office and industrial space. Prior to becoming a Tenant Advisor with HPI, Michael served as intern with the tenant representation team at CBRE and as an associate at NAI Partners. Michael consistently serves as a fiduciary to his clients, guiding them through their office and industrial facility needs. Currently a member of the CBA and Texas Exes, Michael is actively involved in the commercial real estate and business communities both in and out of the office. Michael enjoys spending his free time in the gym, on the golf course, and serving at Austin Ridge Bible Church.
