Who We Are
Daniel joined HPI in 2022 bringing over 16 years of project management experience with him. His experience ranges from managing national projects with an international metal building manufacturer, to managing multimillion dollar ground up projects as a local general contractor. Daniel strives to ensure that all customers and stakeholders involved with his projects receive first class construction project management.
Originally from Dallas, Michael made his way to Austin as a student at The University of Texas. While earning his Bachelor’s Degree, Michael established himself as an active member of the University’s community. Michael served as President of the men’s fraternity Sigma Phi Epsilon, supported abuse victims by coordinating fundraising for Safe Alliance, and established the Mental Wellness Committee amongst his peers at UT. Since joining the HPI Tenant Advisors team in 2021, Michael has completed over 40 lease transactions spanning over 1.3 million SF of office and industrial space. Prior to becoming a Tenant Advisor with HPI, Michael served as intern with the tenant representation team at CBRE and as an associate at NAI Partners. Michael consistently serves as a fiduciary to his clients, guiding them through their office and industrial facility needs. Currently a member of the CBA and Texas Exes, Michael is actively involved in the commercial real estate and business communities both in and out of the office. Michael enjoys spending his free time in the gym, on the golf course, and serving at Austin Ridge Bible Church.
Brooks started with HPI in 2022. As Vice President of Asset Management, he is responsible for fund modeling, portfolio and asset management, as well as overseeing the development pipeline for the Strategic Investments Platform. Brooks started his career at EY, where he worked on the Real Estate Strategy and Transactions team, gaining valuable experience and knowledge in the field. He then moved on to work as an Asset Manager at Virtus Real Estate Capital, where he was responsible for managing and overseeing a $1.5B portfolio on the alternative multifamily team, which included workforce housing, student housing, self-storage, and education related assets. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on finance and real estate, from the University of Georgia. In his free time, Brooks enjoys golfing, the outdoors and spending time with his friends and family.
Linda joined HPI in January 2001. As the Office Manager, she is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of HPI, coordinating employee benefits, and supporting the larger operations team.
