Brenda Groth

With over 25 years in property management, Brenda has navigated the industry from multifamily housing to office and retail spaces, building deep expertise in asset management, operations, and tenant relations. Her passion lies in maximizing property value and creating thriving environments for businesses and communities. At HPI, she brings a strategic, hands-on approach to every project, ensuring both owners and tenants achieve success.

Prior to joining HPI, Brenda managed Sherman Town Center, multiple shopping centers in Oklahoma City, Baton Rouge, and Dallas, and most recently, an 11-story office building in University Park.

She enjoys spending time with her son and two granddaughters, ages 12 and 2, in Moore, OK, as often as possible.
