Louis Camper III

Louis joined HPI in 2025, bringing 17 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has managed a diverse range of property types, including retail, mixed-use, and office spaces, with a strong focus on both owner-managed and third-party management assignments across Dallas, Los Angeles, and Washington, D.C. His past clients include notable organizations such as Ventas, MetLife, the Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association, and the Orange County Employees Retirement System. Most recently, Louis oversaw a portfolio in Washington, D.C., comprising over 2 million square feet of office and retail properties. He is currently in the process of becoming a BOMA member and is preparing to pursue an RPA designation.
