Susan Leinweaver

Susan joined HPI in August 2024.  Susan has extensive experience in office retail, industrial and medical office property management as well as global real estate outsourcing and program management. She is currently responsible for day-to-day management and operations, team leadership, financial reporting, annual budgeting, reconciliations, and project coordination for a portfolio of office and retail properties located in Lewisville Texas.

Susan is passionate about tenant and client relations and is a lifelong learner.  She has earned her CPM®, RPA, FMA designations and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2019 she led a team that achieved BOMA International’s prestigious International The Office Building of The Year Award that recognizes excellence in building management and operations in the commercial real estate industry and has served on the Board of Directors for local BOMA, IREM and CoreNet Global chapters.

In her free time, Susan enjoys refinishing furniture, spending time with her family and fostering for a local dachshund rescue.
